Introduction
The Roman Numeral Converter is a simple and efficient tool that allows you to convert between Arabic numbers (1, 2, 3…) and Roman numerals (I, II, III…).
Roman numerals are an ancient numbering system used in Rome, consisting of letters from the Latin alphabet:

I (1), V (5), X (10), L (50), C (100), D (500), M (1000)

This tool helps you:

⚠️ Rules for Roman Numerals
Symbols are added from left to right (e.g., VI = 5 + 1 = 6).
If a smaller numeral appears before a larger one, it is subtracted (e.g., IV = 5 – 1 = 4).
Only I, X, C can be used for subtraction (IV, IX, XL, XC, CD, CM).
The same symbol cannot repeat more than 3 times in a row (III is valid, IIII is invalid).
